Enjoy Your Special DayCompleted by Elaine Harmer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed this beautiful design on glossy photo paper, used foam pads for the decoupage, I used a sharp craft knife for the inside of the design first before I used the scissors on the out side, then went round all the edges with a coloured marker, to cover the white bits, then mounted on a 8x8 Scalloped card.
