I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver Mirri card and Co-ordinating colour papers. The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Pearls and the Matching Insert inside.
