I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a White die cut frame and then onto a yellow card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added one of the sentiments and a ribbon and bow to the spine of the card and finished off with a small gem to the bow.
Lovely design, love the colors.
