Printed out on photopaper the main element and the sheet with no picture in along with the roses on the grey background as I thought this would be easier to follow when cutting out.

Cut out the main element and matt and layered onto 7 x 7 cardstock using dst.

Cut out the centre of the second image and attached acetate to the back before placing over the first image using foam tape making sure to add some around the inner cut out.

Cut out single roses from the roses sheet (will save the others for use on other projects) embossed them on the back to give fullness and used foam pads to fix them on.

The insert was printed on quality paper and attached inside using dst.
