I resized the sheets to fit 8 1/2"x11" matte photo paper and scored in all places indicated before cutting. There are several steps to making this card (though not at all difficult), but thankfully, Carol has included instructions with pictures--hurray!

I mainly used double-sided tape for putting things together (extra-strong tape for the envelope) and silicone gel for decoupage. On the center ovals, I used two layers of decoupage, though more have been provided. The front and back of the card are covered with lovely panels and more decoupage. A beautiful card that will make anyone smile.
