Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper, to a textured white card, and did the same inside the card with the insert elements.

Using Foam Pads I built up the Decoupage.

I stuck a deep pink Bow to top corner. This is a beautiful design, and makes into a Beautiful card.
