Reduced the size for a 5 1/2" card and printed on matte photo paper (except for the red sheet, which I didn't use).

Covered my card with coordinating stash paper, then added the topper with dst. Used thin foam pads to add the next square layer, then silicone gel for the balloons and a sentiment from cup899605_76091 (purchased separately).

Finished with four corner flower embellishments and glitter glue to dress up the flowers in the baskets and the balloon strings.
