Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a 8x8 card and in each corner placed a gold corner peel off, then I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large square white card, and added decoupage with foam pads.
