Blue & White Floral Heart Topper – Elegant Embossed Card FrontCompleted by Hazel Sumner

The design was printed onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. One of the frames was mounted onto a card blank using craft glue and the large flower panel and the blue pearl section were added in the same way (the glue allowing time for adjustment if required)/. The two lace sections and the heart pieces were layered using 1mm foam ads. The white part of the second frame was cut out and the frame layered on top of the original one using 1mm pads. It could also be used as an insert. I added small pearls to finish.

Gorgeous.
