Copied base to Matt photopaper and the rest to glossy. I cut out all the elements. Folded the rocker section in half added the backing using d.s.t. The papnsy i added using d.s.foam tape. Built the decoupage up using slicone glue. Used liquid pearls and blue glitter and added greeting.
This is a beautiful card easy to make and will brighten anybodies day.
