Blue & Green Hydrangea with Dangling Hearts CardCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I added the panels and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I attached the hearts to ribbon then attached these to the card under one of the panels so that the hearts were hanging free.
