I printed on to matt card and scored and cut out all the pieces. Then I glued the inserts to the front and back of the card before glueing the top together.

I attached all the 3D elements with foam squares and added a 80 number (for an 80th birthday) just under the Happy Birthday label.

I gave the card some extra sparkle by outlining the ribbon with pink glitter and adding some crystals to the flower centers.
