I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.I cut the ribbon and horizontal lines on the main card - to insert the additional paper ribbon which was decorated with glittering.

Also I added lace around the fan. Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
