A Little Bird Cardtopper with Inlet 144Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size to fit a smaller card, then printed on matte photo paper. I covered a card with blue striped paper, then attached the topper and the insert with dst. Used thin foam tape for the large decoupage pieces and silicone gel for the small ones.

Finished with some scrunchy "vintage" ribbon, a crystal heart, and one of the included tags on the back for my signature.

Great design!
