I printed the insert sheet on heavyweight copy paper. All the other sheets I printed out on Matte photo paper. I cut out all the pieces I wanted to use. I attached white glitter card stock to the front of a card base using double stick tape.
Then I used foam sticky pads to build up the layers of the card and to add the decoupage pieces.
This is a very lovely design that can be used for many occasions.
