I reduced the size to make a card just under 6" so I could make a card base from a piece of 12" x 12"scrapbooking cardstock, then printed on matte photo paper.

I used dst to attach the insert to my card, then cut the left side and bottom edges of the card front, and rough cut the scalloped fan edge and used a glue stick to attach it to my card front.

When it was dry, I cut the scalloped edge (through both layers). I attached ribbon under the floral and sentiment panel areas, sticking it down here and there with glue dots and/or tape, then built the decoupage and added the sentiment panel with silicone gel.

Finished with pearls and a bit of Frosted Lace Stickles on the baby's breath. Another luscious Sandie design.
