I printed the three sheets onto matt card. I cut out the main body and the insert and glued them to the finished card to which I had first placed some backing paper on to.

Then I cut out all the other elements and attached them with foam squares.

I added a little sparkle to the card by encasing the circles with a pink and gold glitter. Finally I gave Teddy, himself, an old gold glitter nose.
