I printed the design on to a Glossy 200 gsm Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I followed the Instructions and Scored the Flap and gled the Front and Back together with Double sided tape. I attached the Decoupage/3D on with CUP´s Sticky pads 5x5x2mm.
