I printed the topper sheet onto glossy photo paper and the insert onto 160gms paper, using an 8 x 8 card I added the design to the front with wet glue then cut to shape I added the decoupage with thin foam tape ,then added the insert with dst to complete I added oval faux gemstones to the fan and a double bow of lace and plum chiffon ribbon.
