I printed the main sheet and the decoupage sheet. Then I printed gold frame.png from the set of 6inch border frames. I cut the topper out and trimmed the frame to fit nicely behind it. Then I attached them on white base card. Next I cut the decoupage level out.

I inked the edges. Because I wanted this card to be fairly flat, I attached this lever with double sided tape. Next I attached the parasol and roses and this time I used foam pads.

I decorated the card with gold colored vinyl border and corner stickers, I also used four gold colored sticker pearls.
