I matted the base layer onto Gold, Embossed card with d/s tape and then layered this onto a White card base.

The decoupage was added with foam pads and the Greeting Tag was matted onto Gold, Embossed card with foam tape and added to the bottom corner of the card.

To finish I added Gold gems to opposite corners of the card and two little White Pearls to the Greeting Tag.

The Matching insert was used inside. Such a Beautiful design.
