I printed this on to photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I fixed the main piece on to an 8x8 scalloped card with dst and the decoupage with foam pads.

I placed a gold bow on stretch cord on the spine, some peachy card candi to the corners and fixed a gold organza bow at top of sentiments.

I fixed the insert with dst and used some gold cord for the tag.
