I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut out the pieces and assembled two toppers, using alternate decoupage layers on each.

I mounted one onto a dull gold card and the other onto a pale pink one.

I used gold peel-off borders and corners on one and silver on the other. To finish I added some pearl bling on the gold and a clear gem on the pink. This design lends itself to various alternatives when you make it up.

It can be one very detailed decoupaged piece or you can do as I did and use different backgrounds for two toppers with less detail.
