Flower Greetings

I printed this gorgeous design out on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces I wanted to use. I attached the topper base to a card blank using foam sticky pads. I then added the middle decoupage piece also using foam sticky pads.

There are a variety of middle decoupage pieces to choose from and each one is stunning. This is a beautiful design and with the blank insert you could make it for any occasion you wanted. This is a very good value.
