I made this as an over the top card, I printed on matte card, I used foam squares to add to a matching base card and to addthe decoupage, I used gold glitter on the frames, sentiment and tassel then finished with gems on the sentiment.

I made this as a birthday card for my husband who passed some years ago. I think it has turned out lovely with great colour.
