Blue Fan and Roses 8x8 Topper Mini KitCompleted by Jaynescards
I printed both sheets onto glossy photo paper and cut out the topper and decoupge. I attached the topper onto a white card blank and made up the decoupage using foam sticky pads. I added some mauve gems to the fan and greeting. A beautiful card for any occasion.
