Beautiful Pink Rose and Polka Dots Card FrontCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I resized to fit a 6" square card, allowing for a narrow border, then printed on matte photo paper. I covered my card with a paper from cup437962_692, then attached the base image with dst and the decoupage with silicone gel.

I shaped the roses and bow before attaching, and finished with some Liquid Pearl dots.
