Pretty Design - Easy to make.
I scaled mine down a little before placing the main image onto a deep pink/burgundy card. I layered the decoupage using double sided foam and finished with crystal glitter.
Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert included in this kit which I placed inside to finish the card.
