I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I assembled the envelope as instructed using thin foam tape and created a pocket with the top layer. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I placed the gift card into the pocket. It can be easily removed to write a message.
