Printed onto gloss photo paper. I scored and folded all the elements of this lovely design. I used Foam pads to attach the topper to the base and continued with the decoupage elements. I then used craft glue to construct the envelope as to the instructions.
I stuck some glitter on the flowers. A very pretty card design, very easy to cut by hand and quick and easy to construct.
