Send them your good wishes along with some fun! This compete kit is easily put together and will make a wonderful impression. Kit is complete with decoupage, inserts with and without text, envelope and an optional backing paper.

Attach the waterfall piece to topper with brads or eyelets then attach assembled topper to card blank. The backing paper could be used for the back of the waterfall piece and for the inside of the envelope giving a really professional finish.

Several sentiment panels are provided as well as blanks for you own personal message.

Card topper in photo was placed on purple card stock blank which is not included.
