I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. This gorgeous card comes with a matching gift card and three matching gift tags.
Printed on matte photo paper, and printed an extra copy of the topper. I used a craft knife to remove the framed picture from one topper, then used dst to attach it to a card made from stash paper, leaving a border all around.
Then layered with silicone gel, the center rectangular section cut from the second topper, the framed picture cut from the first one, and the various other elements.
Attached the insert with dst and finished with some glitter on the little dots.
