printed onto matte photo paper. DST was used to add the topper and insert, to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put some crystal glitter, on parts of the design. I scored and folded the gift tag and envelope.
DST was used to construct the envelope. A wonderful Design.
