7X7 Happy Easter Flowers

This kit contains a 7x7 inch topper with decoupage, an insert and a backing paper. The image on the card shows a scalloped mat with the words Happy Easter decorated with flowers. There are various flowers and butterflies and ribbon on the card, most of which can be decoupaged.

The insert is decorated but free from text.
