Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to mint green glitter card, then on to a card. Layered. Added gems, glitter and two sentiment tags. A gorgeous design for girls of all ages.
