I printed the backing paper onto 350gsm card then folded & trimmed to fit DL. I printed the topper & pyramage sheets onto matte photo card & the insert which I personalised onto 120gsm paper.
I attached the topper to the card using DST then Because my customer didn't want too much pyramage I used every alternate pieces then added using foam pads.
If you printed the main topper twice you would easily have enough for 2 cards. I added the insert using DST.
