Printed on glossy photo paper and I cut out all of the elements. I decoupaged the elements using gel glue and mounted on to coordinating card stock using foam tape for added dimension.

Then I mounted on to my card and added the year to the blank sentiment piece included in the kit.

A quick and easy design.
