Winter Holiday Penguins Watercolor Art Decoupage Card Making Mini KitCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this card onto matte photographic paper and matted the base image onto toning nave blue card, this I fixed onto a white card blank.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue.

I applied a very light glitter to the tops of the branches, This is a beautiful water coloured image, the colours are really lovely and enhance the image ,because of this I didn't think that the cardt needed and other decoration.

The second picture shows the decoupage depth.
