Printed on matte photo paper. I attached the insert and base image to a Crafty Bob's white scalloped card with dst, then the decoupage with silicone gel (after shaping the light fixtures and tree).

Embellished with a little wreath, some presents, glitter on the tree, some Flower Soft "snow", and a peel-off border along the top of the arch.

Warm and inviting indeed!
