Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto red paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage. I added some flower soft to the ladies dress and hat and finished of with the matching insert.
I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to white paper, green card, then on to my base card. Layered all elements. Added beads, gems and glitter. A gorgeous design, just love the quirky retro feel to this collection.
