printed this onto satin photo paper then cut out as well as the envelope using a blue pearlized card I stuck the base to this with DST stuck the bells on using mounts and the sentiment I added some sparkle to the card and some liquid pearls to the corners and the label also around the circle I then made up the envelope and added the insert to the card.
