Victorian Christmas 3Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper and insert to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. I scored and folded the envelope elements. Glue was then used to construct it. A nostalgic design, that makes into a fabulous card.
