Through the Church Window A5 Ink-saving Mini Kit
Why waste ink where nobody will ever see it?! My new range of 'Ink-Saving' Mini Kits are great for those on a crafting budget, as they don't waste ink on spaces which are covered by decoupage.
This kit includes 2 A4 sheets which have an A5 card front, greeting banners and decoupage layers, using a vintage painting of people standing around a snow-covered tree in the countryside as viewed through a church window, with an arrangement of bells and holly.

I printed out all the ink saving images and cut them out. I chose a red card and attached the first of the images to the card using double sided tape. Make sure you get this one the right way up.
There is a small bit of colour to help you match it. I then started layering the images on top of each other using 3D foam pads. I attached the Merry Christmas message to the bottom and added some red pearls to the tree as baubles. Using glitter pens I coloured in the holly berries and some blue baubles on the tree.
Lovely card and so easy to make.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage and layers using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. An interesting concept and always a good thing to be able to save on ink.
