The Blue Christmas Dress Window Card Front KitCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with foam pads and added some crystal glitter to the elements plus a bow to the waist.

I added one of the sentiments to the top of the card. I finished with two strips of ornate edging and some small blue gems. Beautiful design. I haven't quite captured the beautiful colour properly. Love it!
