I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a lilac card blank using DST. I cut the card top to a curve to match the topper. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I attached the insert panel using DST.

I finihsed with a navy & white polka dot organza bow & a pink glitter gem.
