Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I chose the sentiment Mum and Dad and placed this at the bottom of the card.

Any name can be added to this card which makes it very versatile. There is also a matching blank insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
