Snow is Falling#3

PRINTED THE ART WORK ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. MADE A BLANK CARD TO ALMOST THE SAME SIZE. CUT OUT THE DECOUPAGE AND USED STICKY PADS TO PUT IT ALTOGETHER. I GLUED SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON TO THE BLANK CARD FOR THE BACKGROUND. THEN I GLUED THE DECOUPAGE ON TOP OF THAT.

I USED FUSHIA METALLIC PAPER FOR THE BORDERS. I USED ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a 8x8 card, then I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
