I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and snowflakes. A gorgeous design.

Took and layered on a cherry red stock, with a gold shimmer ribbon. then put glitter pen on all the fur areas and the bells which really doesn't show up in picture.
If going to an adult will add a bit of actual glitter on the fur areas, but learned the hard way not for young ones. :)
