I printed onto a med weight card stock and cut all the elements out. I used foam pads to add the decoupage layers. I scored and folded the card and added the layers. On the back I added the finishing panels.

When cutting them out cut a little small so they fit better between the score lines. Very nice card specially since it it finished on the front and the back.
