A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

I made this into a 6" card. I printed on to 160gsm. I stuck the base layer down with wet glue. I attached the layers with foam pads. I also added the insert inside the card with double sided tape.
